Ken is an attorney practicing Tax Law, Real Estate Law, Estate Planning (Wills and Trusts), Probate, and Mediation in Phoenix, Arizona and the surrounding communities from his location in Peoria, Arizona. Ken has been practicing law in California since 2001, and obtained a Master’s Degree in Tax Law in 2004. In October, 2014, Ken was admitted to practice law in Arizona.
Ken also is a certified mediator to help people resolve legal disputes without the necessity of lawyers, lawsuits and court appearances. At least 97% of all cases are settled before they go to a court trial. With few exceptions, most disputes can be settled with the help of a disinterested third party who can help the parties resolve their differences.
Ken also has an extensive background in real estate law and practices. He obtained his Arizona Real Estate Broker’s license in May, 2023, and held a California Real Estate Broker’s license until August, 2023.
