What is your return policy?

The Law Office of Ken Koenen guarantees your satisfaction and offers you returns of written books or computer discs within 30 days of order receipt. To ensure that your returned merchandise is credited properly you must first contact Customer Service to obtain a return authorization number and package label. Packages without proper return authorization will not be accepted.

Items returned will be refunded to the credit card used; if you paid by check, you will be issued a merchandise credit. We do not issue refund checks. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. There is no refund for legal services or webinars and tele-seminars. Webinars and Tele-Seminars may be cancelled at any time 3 hours prior to the start of the program.

To return an item for any reason within 30 days of order receipt:

Send an email message to our Customer Service department at support@lawken.com. Put “Return authorization needed” on the subject line to help us process your request quickly. In the body of the email message specify your Order ID number, the reason for return, and list the item(s) you are returning. We will provide a return authorization number within 24 hours and will email a return label to you.

Pack the item(s) that you are returning to us. Enclose a copy of your packing slip and wrap the package securely. Affix the label that we emailed to you and ship the package via U.S. Mail or UPS. Be sure to apply adequate postage.

Within 2 to 3 business days after we receive your package, our Returns Department will issue your credit. We will notify you via e-mail of the amount of your refund.

All returns and billing questions must be resolved within 30 days of order receipt.

How can I cancel an order?

To cancel an order, please send an email message to support@myrealestate101.com as soon as possible. Be sure to include your name and order confirmation number in the email. This information will help ensure that we cancel the correct order for you.

We are unable to cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.

I cannot make it to a seminar that I am registered in?

What if I cannot make it to a seminar that I am registered for? We understand that things can occur that would prevent you from attending a seminar for which you have registered. Please contact us as soon as you know that you cannot attend. You will be credited the amount for the seminar fee to any other product or service that we provide. All of our live seminars will also be available online.

Who is preparing and presenting the material?

All products and seminars are prepared by Ken Koenen  from our own personal knowledge, history and research. We do not “farm out” out work, so you can be assured that you are receiving first hand information.
